Led by Zac Wilkins, we hold the appropriate licences through Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) to confidently certify all commercial developments.

We review documentation to ensure compliance with the Building Code of Australia and State Legislation, and ensure adequate compliance paperwork is provided. We inspect buildings and construction works. And undertake the final inspections when substantial completion of the building works is completed in order to achieve staged occupation.
