Level 9 / Adelaide Street, Brisbane

The Level 9 office was a custom redesign of a commercial office fit out for one of our valued clients – The FitOut Studio, Brisbane. 

The Structure:

This office is located on Adelaide Street in Brisbane – the office space was a complete redesign to suit the vision created by the client and the team at The FitOut Studio. This office space was one of many completed within the same building across multiple spaces and floors. 

How did Pinnacle Certification assist?

The Pinnacle team worked closely with the construction and design team to ensure a smooth building process and provided consultancy on all council submissions and applications that needed to be implemented as well as providing necessary BCA requirements for each component of the build. 

  • We reviewed documentation to ensure compliance with the Building Code of Australia

  • Inspected the building and construction works

  • Assisted the client to comply with local city council, state and federal building laws

  • Approved building plans for the commercial office fitouts

  • When substantial completion of the building works was completed, we inspected again to achieve staged occupation

  • Prepared and issued the documents necessary for the Certificate of Occupancy (Development Permits and a schedule of critical procedures)

  • Issued inspection certificates and final building certifications for each of the tenancies

  • Fulfilled legislative requirements for the  Certificates of Occupancy

  • Lodged the Certificates of Occupancy with Council for archiving purpose

The Outcome:

A bold and daring office space with bright colour schemes that inspire creativity. Functional team meeting zones alongside quiet working areas to encompass a variety of employee needs.
