The Structure:

2000 m2 Industrial Warehouse. The client is seeking building approval for the warehouse, office portion, car parking and landscaping.

  • Commercial Building Approval - approved as “accepted development” not requiring development approval.

  • Carried out Building Code Of Australia (BCA) compliance review.

  • Issued comments on design to achieve compliance with the BCA.

Outcome:

This project is in progress. The next phase is finalising the design and issuing building approval so that the client can begin construction.
