300 George Street, Brisbane

300 George was a multi-level office fit out project that we worked on with our valued client The FitOut Studio in Brisbane City.

The Structure:

This office is located on George St in Brisbane – the office space was completely redesigned to meet the clients brief. There were multiple levels in the building under construction at one time and the project had many moving parts to navigate between the design, build and certification teams.

How did Pinnacle Certification assist?

The Pinnacle team worked closely with the construction and design team to ensure a smooth building process and provided consultancy on all council submissions and applications that needed to be implemented as well as providing necessary BCA requirements for each component of the build. 

  • We reviewed documentation to ensure compliance with the Building Code of Australia

  • Inspected the building and construction works

  • Assisted the client to comply with local city council, state and federal building laws

  • Approved building plans for the commercial office fitouts

  • When substantial completion of the building works was completed, we inspected again to achieve staged occupation

  • Prepared and issued the documents necessary for the Certificate of Occupancy (Development Permits and a schedule of critical procedures)

  • Issued inspection certificates and final building certifications for each of the tenancies

  • Fulfilled legislative requirements for the Certificates of Occupancy

  • Lodged the Certificates of Occupancy with Council for archiving purposes

The Outcome:

A Multi-level and multi space project delivered to a high standard for the client. We are proud of the service we deliver to ensure all building works seamlessly progress. We make sure the project comes to life to the highest standards, whilst adhering to state and national building legislation. And within an appropriate timeframe.
