Artisan Exterior Showroom

The Artisan team enlisted Pinnacle to certify their new flagship storefront that showcases their bespoke offerings to designers, architects and trade clients.

The Structure:

The goal of this project was to bring this blank warehouse to life and ensure that the space met the Building Code of Australia (BCA) standards – whilst meeting the vision of the client.

How did Pinnacle Certification assist?

The Pinnacle team worked closely with the construction and design team to ensure a smooth building process and provided consultancy on all council submissions and applications that needed to be implemented as well as providing necessary BCA requirements for each component of the build.

For this project, we assisted the client by:

  • Conducting BCA and egress assessment

  • Inspecting the premises to identify any non-compliance with the BCA

  • Providing marked up building plans to the client to allow them to fulfil BCA requirements and get their project underway

Upon approval of the design, the builders kicked off the construction phase of the flagship showroom.

The Outcome:

We assisted our client in meeting the Building Code of Australia requirements. We issued building approval to commence the fit out process of the showroom.

Then upon completion of the construction phase, we completed a final inspection and issued a certificate of occupancy. We also lodged the Certificate of Occupancy to Brisbane City Council (as required under the Building Act 1975).

The result is a stunning showroom, a high quality and safe working space, no nonsense turnaround time on the project and a happy client!
